Yesterday evening I gave a presentation to the Westchester County Association of Fire Districts, meeting at the Katonah Fire House, on legal issues of Fire Department Use of Social and Digital Media. The commissioners in attendance, and their guests, asked thoughtful questions, some of which have not yet been answered by the courts or the legislature. Please view a copy of my presentation. Meet David
David Menken is an attorney in the Yonkers, New York office of Smith Buss & Jacobs, LLP. David specializes in corporate law particularly as it relates to New York State volunteer fire and emergency medical services departments. He is a firefighter and EMT with the Bedford Village Fire Department (formerly President, now Vice President) and also serves as a Bedford Town Justice.
